Over the years, Bryan has worked in organizations ranging from poverty law legal clinics to large firms and some of Canada’s biggest companies. In addition to his work in government and private-sector roles, he has also been self-employed as a paralegal and consultant, applying his expertise in legal research, records management, automation, and business process optimization to help clients navigate complex systems and implement practical solutions. Whether developing tools, automating workflows, or leveraging AI for efficiency, he thrives at the intersection of strategy and innovation.
Beyond his professional work, Bryan is a committed advocate for progressive causes, particularly in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Indigenous rights. His extensive experience in political organizing, policy development, and community engagement has shaped his approach to problem-solving—prioritizing meaningful change over performative action.
